Very poor experience with Arkansas Security. We would not have switched companies if we would have known the headache it would cause.
Sherry may be one of the least friendly people I've ever dealt with in customer service. The people at Monotronics are as friendly as they can be, but I would never recommend Arkansas Security to anyone. You can easily contact Monotronics, Vivint, or ADT directly and cut out the unprofessional middle man in this situation. Ironically a company designed to help you make your home safe makes you feel pretty unimportant. Never again.
