We have never been through such a trying experience as we have with ARI, our fire was just a storage room in January and we are still waiting on the repair to be finished. Excuse after excuse, this is very poor customer service. We are just exhausted with this company. I am modifying my original review, they did finally get the proper crew to complete the job to our satisfaction and adjusted original pricing of the estimate accordingly. We are satisfied with our final result.

Shoutout to Adam and the fellas over at ARI. Very impressed with the finished product. What started as a mold restoration turned into a larger remodel of our home. From communication to timeliness, I was very happy with the work that was done on our house. I would highly recommend this company for any small or large house construction, mold mitigation, or remodeling jobs.
