I was bringing my mom for her leg. It really made a difference. Everyone was really nice. The take there time & really care. But what l dont understand is why it takes over 6 month to get your refund. l get it, they had to wait to get paid by the ins.company but after they were paid (verify by ins.) She's still waiting & 6 month have passed so far. The person who handles that part never returns calls or not in the office when we stop by. They said it takes time to review paperwork, but come on, 6 month & counting. Just wonde... read more
