My mother was in the care of Arkansas Hospice, and I am so extremely disappointed, and quite frankly disgusted with them. She got very sick with pneumonia and a uti, treatable infections. After assessing the immediate situation and condition she was in, I spoke to the hospice nurse with great concern for her condition. After questioning whether or not she could be readmitted to hospice if we sent her to the hospital, we were told she could and made the decision to send her. She was admitted. The support my Mother and I received from Arkansas Hospice was awesome. Nursing and Social Services were always there when we needed them. The Team anticipated our needs and all needs were met in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend Arkansas Hospice.
