RecommendedI have always been very happy with the treatment my dad has received here - until today. he was made to check in a 9 for an 11 AM procedure. then he was IGNORED until I got angry at 1PM. At that point, he had not been on the heart monitor for over an hour (in a heart hospital) without anyone noticing. Suddenly, after I complained, the nurse practitioner was in here apologizing. a little communication would have saved that. Emergencies happen. That's understandable. Being completely ignored is not.

RecommendedMy Mother-in-law, Eva Nell Swilley, had a pacemaker put in today. She is still presently a patient on 3rd floor, and has been taken care of extremely well, in true professional form with kindness and competence by all. Three people that I want to point out who went over & beyond were Paul and Carolyn, at the nurses’ station, 3rd floor, and also the young lady who was in charge of and administered her nuclear stress test. Kristen, the nurse practitioner was awesome, as well as Dr “T” the surgeon who gave her a brand new pacem... read more
