Best trainers and fellow trainees in Arkansas! This gym provides such a supportive and educational environment. It's great for anyone, whether you just want to get in a few good workouts a week or you are a serious athlete. It's like a big family of amazing, strong folks. Best personal training around. I've implemented many new exercises with my basketball team I coach. Not only have I learned a lot, but I've also made full recovery from knee surgery 1 year ago and gained flexibility. Highly recommend AFA! Great atmosphere!
