This is the best gym in Arkansas. Jim and Jordan are so awesome and make you feel so comfortable and confident. I recommend AFA to anyone and everyone.

Jim is one of the best people I've ever met- no exaggeration. He's taught me so much since I joined AFA from how to properly move my body, how to use everything in a gym, and even helped with some confidence issues. The environment at AFA is so friendly. I know everyone there genuinely cares about my well being.
