Dr. Crum and her staff are always friendly and professional.
I have been going here for quite some time for my eye care needs. I have had nothing but the best care possible. Dr. Crum is great and so is her staff.
I was so thankful to find this place in Cabot and at first loved it then.... my doctor changed locations with very little notice, my glasses broke within having them ONE MONTH so I drove to Searcy after talking to them MULTIPLE times and they never told me to bring my old frames in that are BROKE. So I drive 30 mins out of my way make it there before closing only for them then to tell me I should have brought my frames. Will NOT be back doubt I’ll ever receive my frames. Thanks for nothing

Dr is always nice and friendly. Can't say the same about certain employees. One of the women who deals with the glasses has been rude every time I've ever been there. She's just a rude person. Today while waiting to pick out my frames I heard several employees talking office politics. You don't do that with customers present. Shouldn't even talk politics at work in the first place.
Dr. Crum is so amazing with children. She actually makes it fun! Her bright personality, kindness and smiling face really put my granddaughter at ease.She has unique techniques to examine the little ones and it works! I would highly recommend Dr. Amanda Crum for anyone, but especially for your children!
