We did not encounter a single employee who was not efficient, effective, and friendly. Dr Smith is an amazing otolaryngologist. However, Dr Engelkes is the most amazing audiologist I’ve ever met in my life. Highly recommend this practice.
Went in with my Husband to see the ENT Doctor, Dr Smith, she was great! Very patient, explained in detail what she was doing and why. Gave my husband great advice. The nurse that came in first was great! The intern that was working was super nice and did a great job~ The front Desk/Intake lady was so nice and helpful, even on the phone before we even got to the clinic. Great all around experience, will be recommending this office
Great staff especially that charming young receptionist (was a lot of help). In and out and completely healed after 3 failed visits with different clinics. Already scheduled a follow up and happy to continue coming to here.
Regular doctors office but newer and cleaner Appointment a 3/5. My problem was basically simple but long running. The spray was very effective that she prescribed. I felt at the time when she said I was Lucky and getting the works that I didn’t need the works . One I didn’t have a hearing problem , though she added it to her notes I had tinnitus. 99..00 Next my BPPV which I was dizzy , that exercise helped for 2 days but relieved there is one.. Loved my experience here. From the lovely front desk employee, to the audiologist, to the nurse, to the doctor and her resident - everyone was kind, informative, open, and pleasant. Will absolutely request this office should I have any additional ENT needs.
