Went in with my Husband to see the ENT Doctor, Dr Smith, she was great! Very patient, explained in detail what she was doing and why. Gave my husband great advice. The nurse that came in first was great! The intern that was working was super nice and did a great job~ The front Desk/Intake lady was so nice and helpful, even on the phone before we even got to the clinic. Great all around experience, will be recommending this office
All the staff did a great job with welcoming patients and giving instructions. The new facility is beautiful. The front lobby was hot so I tried to sit by the fan. Lots of windows and sun is probably the reason for the heat. Dr Smith is always great. She discussed my issue and did a scope to see all the infections in my sinuses. I will always recommend her to my friends and family.

I was referred here by my PCP for ongoing dizziness among other symptoms. I was a bit hesitant after seeing the negative reviews. However, I'm very satisfied with my experience at Arkansas Ear, Nose, and Throat! The front desk receptionist was very kind, prompt, and helpful. I had already completed intake forms online prior to my visit. Dr. Melanie and her staff were thorough and competent. Solid experience. They got my appointment set up very quickly. Once there, I was called back in less than 5 minutes. The doctor and nurse were extremely knowledgeable.
