All the staff did a great job with welcoming patients and giving instructions. The new facility is beautiful. The front lobby was hot so I tried to sit by the fan. Lots of windows and sun is probably the reason for the heat. Dr Smith is always great. She discussed my issue and did a scope to see all the infections in my sinuses. I will always recommend her to my friends and family.

I was referred here by my PCP for ongoing dizziness among other symptoms. I was a bit hesitant after seeing the negative reviews. However, I'm very satisfied with my experience at Arkansas Ear, Nose, and Throat! The front desk receptionist was very kind, prompt, and helpful. I had already completed intake forms online prior to my visit. Dr. Melanie and her staff were thorough and competent. Solid experience. They got my appointment set up very quickly. Once there, I was called back in less than 5 minutes. The doctor and nurse were extremely knowledgeable.

I have been to 2 other ent's in the Little Rock area and DR. Smith and the audiologist here have been the best. I will definitely return on a regular basis depending on my needs. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Also the hearing test I was given is the most comprehensive one I've ever received and I have taken over 10 including in the military

I came to the clinic sick. Dr Smith knew what to do next! I’m feeling much better after the procedure and want to thank her and the staff. They were courteous.
