Arkansas Ear nose and throat is my Dr. and audiologist. I couldn’t be happier these people starting with the front desk’s are very friendly greet me with a smile it is so nice and my Dr Melanie Smith has a wonderful bedside manner she is very thorough and treats me with respect. My audiologist is very knowledgeable and knows everything about my hearing problems. I give the whole office ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you all. Highly recommend Arkansas ear nose and throat to anyone
Staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting.. The wait time is minimal. Drm Melanie Smith is great, she has always tended to my needs, that's why I drive from s/w Little Rock to see Her rather than one that's minutes away.
My wife and I have been visiting AR ENT Clinic for more than ten years. Dr. Melanie Smith and her staff are super folks. They are professional, kind and friendly. We trust them and trust their judgement. The Hearing Aid Department is very well equipped with modern equipment which helps you identify the problem and get the professional solution at the same place, instead of visiting many places. We appreciate you Dr. Smith and your staff. Thank you for being here.
The only person who I experienced a good experience with was the guy who test my hearing the receptionist were not pleasant the doctor she was very unconcerned very smart mouth and very unprofessional. She didn’t give much info everytime I ask something she got smart s if I was a bother . I am not the only one with an unpleasant review on her several others feel the same way I feel . The first lady i saw in the front office was rude. The app is not very user friendly, at least it wasn’t for me. I tried to enter the information from home but it was giving me fits. Im 67 years old and while i have a little experience with computers and such, i had more questions than not. I have nearly 20 prescriptions to enter manually. She said she couldn't scan any of my information that i have available for listing my prescriptions, allergies and surgeries.
