I have been to 2 other ent's in the Little Rock area and DR. Smith and the audiologist here have been the best. I will definitely return on a regular basis depending on my needs. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Also the hearing test I was given is the most comprehensive one I've ever received and I have taken over 10 including in the military
Everyone was nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Chris (Audiologist) is exceptional! Dr. Smith knows her stuff and took the time to answer my questions. Highly recommend them!
Seen by Dr Melanie Smith. Did not acknowledge that the sinuses have nerves, but used a numbing agent before scoping them because there are in fact nerves up there. Did not acknowledge that sinuses cause headaches. Was in the room for less than 3 minutes. Determined I was fine before checking me out. Refered to migraines as a " phenomenon"? Will not be following up. Do not recommend.
Arkansas Ear nose and throat is my Dr. and audiologist. I couldn’t be happier these people starting with the front desk’s are very friendly greet me with a smile it is so nice and my Dr Melanie Smith has a wonderful bedside manner she is very thorough and treats me with respect. My audiologist is very knowledgeable and knows everything about my hearing problems. I give the whole office ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you all. Highly recommend Arkansas ear nose and throat to anyone
Clean, pleasant office space. Receptionist and nurse were both helpful and courteous. Did not have to wait long. My problem was taken care of quickly by the dr. also.
