This is a well ran & organized institution with an excellent staff.
Good care and nice staff. But why is the wait so long. Appointment at 12:45 and we got here earlier than asked to. Now almost 2 hours after and we still haven't been called back. Appointments are over booked and we're leaving.
11:00 appointment and it's after 2pm now Wife has had nothing to eat or drink since last night Extremely unprofessional!
I have been a patient of Dr Williams from 1992 the staff is very important to me they make me feel so comfortable when I visit . All I can say is if it wasn't for Dr Williams I would be still have so much trouble with my illness but I thank God for him plus his staff . They do make you feel welcome to the family as a patient with respect
It was a long day. But I was treated awesomely.
