I would highly recommend Dr Molpus and his staff to anyone looking to have a caring, professional, and great experience. My mother referred us to him, and I could not be more grateful. My son needed a tooth extracted before he can get Invisalign. I called the office and was scheduled for my consultation in a few days. Once we had our consultation the surgery was the following week. Communication from the office staff/scheduling is terrible. I put in at least 2 requests to have them call me to setup a consult and finally on the third try I got somebody to call me... got my paperwork and Xray's submitted and whomever I spoke to said it we could do a phone consult once she had all that and go from there. It has been weeks and I've heard nothing from them and I have reached out multiple times. I got in for a consult AND scheduled for my surgery with another Dr locally here in town in less than a week.
