They do a great job, then they screw up the insurance claim. They take your money and tell you you're all paid up, then they send you a letter saying you still owe them $200 from a procedure two years ago. After I proved I already paid that bill with my bank statements, they blew it off, then claimed I owed more money from another visit. They recently sent me yet another $30 bill for cleaning my daughter's teeth a year ago. I'd heard nothing from them for a year, and suddenly they "remember" I owe them more money? I am so happy and thankful for Dr. Vick and the staff at East Oak Dental...I was comfortable, not displeased at all with the level of care and skill that I experienced. The Doctor and Techs made my whole smile worthwhile and I would recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you so much for the careful hands and the wonderful smiles. GodBless

I love all of them to death... They are the bomb!
Front office staff refuses to take responsibility for scheduling error. They were more interested in trying to blame the patient. I have had not problem with the dentist or his assistants as they have been great in the past. I did not receive a callback from the Dr. about the message I left. This level of service is totally unacceptable. Consider my account closed. I'm sure my review will be removed.
I consulted the dental industry for over 18 years. I have to say the service here is beyond poor. I have a tooth that is hurting me so much I can't hardly brush it. I was told a different tooth needed a crown. In addition I was told the doctor does not repair teeth that have nothing wrong with them. So basically i live in pain. I believe their diagontic techniques are very poor. My X husband who practices in Dallas as a dentist and was shocked when I told him what happen. Please think long and hard before going here.
Awful experience with this dentist office today. I would not advise anyone to take their children here! James Beck is hateful and unprofessional! My child is traumatized bc of his actions.
