 I am writing to formally complain about the care my loved one received at Arkansas Continued Care Hospital and St. Bernard's Hospital. At Arkansas Continued Care Hospital, my loved one experienced severe issues, including improper medication administration, lack of communication, absence of promised therapy, and delays in seeing a doctor. My husband recently spent two months at ACCH. Could not ask for better kind compassionate care. Steve's total health improved in all areas.All staff kind compassionate and professional . We were treated like family. Outstanding care and staff From front desk , doctors, nurses, maintenance and housekeeping . Thank you ACCH .

They almost killed me before my family was able to get me out of there. I have never seen or even heard of such incompetence.

I wouldn’t send anyone from my family to this place some of the staff is very sorry and the food is nasty if you go in health you will not come out that why call lights stay on cause the techs and nurses are on their phones at the nursing stations If you don’t get up out the bed it’s no telling what you are laying in for the times u are there cause all you have is a pad under you So if you love your family pray that they never experience the unprofessional treatment they would get
