Talked to someone about a car, we drove 2 hours there with two kids, one a baby. We get there and the place is a shack and then they tell us they sold the car that we had talked to them about. We wasted our whole day driving with kids (I can't stress that enough) for no reason. They never told us or even tried to let us know that they went ahead and sold it. Very unprofessional, and very rude. A bunch of big dudes who thought they could intimidate. A sad and sorry place. Don't waste your time.
Be sure to carefully look at ALL of your paperwork! Advertise one price but turn in a much higher price to the finance company then refuse to refund your extremely large down payment or honor advertisements. Tell you it's the finance company's"hidden charges" but can't produce a copy showing that they actually submitted anything other than the higher price!
When you spend over 16k on a vehicle it should have a full tank of gas and get washed before delivery. The salesman also stated he would rather have a vehicle rot before moving off his price. Basically didn't care if he sold the vehicle or not.

I bought a used car from them this past Saturday after doing a little shopping around. My husband and I stopped by there Friday and saw an SUV in our price range. Saturday when we arrived to take it for a test drive, we learned someone else was trying to buy it. So we left to look at a few other dealerships.
