I've been donating blood for years. I met Penny Stovall while donating when I worked at Whirlpool in Fort Smith. She can talk a blind man out if his cane! I believe she's the glue that keeps Fort Smith and the River Valkey alive and well. An awesome asset. If you don't believe me just go and donate! You'll be glad you did!
