completely disappointed in how I was treated and was there for over two hours for them to tell me they can't test me for allergies. I wouldn't recommend them.
I had such a wonderful experience with the Arkansas Allergy & Asthma Clinic in Conway! I called and made an appointment over the phone, I received all of my "new patient paperwork" in the mail that way I could do it before I arrived, AND I received an email that way I could check in, update my insurance, and pay all before my arrival! The ladies at the front desk were so kind, my nurse answered all of my questions and made the process very easy, and Dr. Shields was so kind & knowledgable! Desk workers are never very friendly or personable. Many times they would say we need to pay on our account and I'd say I've never received a bill but they insist you pay. We have gotten great results from the injections but they stink at customer service imo

Call 3 times to get a appointment, got my insurance information, said will call me back never did, thank for so irresponsible , I probably just self diagnose. It is the worst think I have experience in this country so far!!!!!
