A gentleman employed by Arkanoff Painting (I believe it was specifically the owner, Fred Arkanoff) backed into my mom’s car at an Indianapolis gas station in June 2025. He immediately got out of his work vehicle and stated ‘I didn’t hear you honking because my AC was blowing so loudly’ thus admitting he was at fault. They waited for the police to come to file a report while my mom spoke to a witness who confirmed that the Arkanoff employee backed into her.
