I moved to Wooster from out of town and was used to over-priced vets. I did my research before I decided on The Ark and I'm so glad I did! Their prices are more than reasonable, they don't push unecessary medicine/shots/procedures on you, and the doctor's and staff are very nice! Their after hours on-call service is amazing! I have used it twice and both my dogs got better the same day or overnight. They called to check in on them too. I can't say enough about The Ark!! So glad we found them!
This place is amazing! As soon as I walked in the door, they greeted my puppy with his name! I was amazed they remembered him! I felt right at home! I went to pick him up and was told he had an opportunity to play with another puppy which I loved so that he can work on being more social around other animals. I never seen meatball so happy. This place is the best! Thanks so much for taking such good care of Meat all Merle!
Actually I am not a client at Ark but because Dr. Redman was on call over Thanksgiving I had the opportunity to speak with him. When I told him that I thought my dog was dying and told him what was going on, he suggested I give her more of her arthritis pain medication (her abdomen was distended and she was crying and biting out of pain) We ended up having to find an ER that would take her and put her to sleep.
