The staff is friendly and caring. We were able to schedule the appointment quickly. Clinic is very clean. Cost for services is average for the area. Total time of appointment was less than 40 minutes. Our kitty is all fixed up!
Caring, compassionate. We had always used a different vet until we adopted a puppy from the local shelter and were given a voucher for a spay. We were impressed with Ark from the moment we got there. Have never seen a vet get in the floor and greet the pet. We have now moved my other dog to Ark also.
Staff are always knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my pets.
