Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE ARK. There are so many other roofers in the Austin area with 5 star reviews, who are truly reputable with exceptional staff (Texas Choice Roofing, Quality Exteriors, Cool Roof, the list goes on...), unfortunately this company is completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. I would list the details but given how vindictive they are, I'm concerned they would threaten me. Please continue looking - getting your roof replaced is a big investment, don't make the same mistake I did.

Ark Roofer did two projects for us: siding repair and gutter repositioning. Both were managed well, with good timeline, communication. Brent was very helpful finding the cause of a leak that was eventually solved by fixing the gutters. I had one negative experience with the company when I got a highly questionable roof replacement suggestion from the CEO, who, as I understand, is no longer with the company. I would hire the company again.
Very expensive compared to other roofing companies
Derek was amazing! He listened and did a fantastic job looking over our entire property. He went above and beyond being prepared having materials to avoid water leaks while we are waiting on repairs.
