Nick and his team were spectacular! During this most recent wind storm we had some roof damage and I gave nick a call and within a day he was out to tarp the roof and get estimates. Not only was it way under what I was expecting, it took way less time to complete than I was expecting as well (less than a day). Hand some recent wind damage to a few shingles. Sam notified me of his estimated time of arrival for my appointment and was able to work around my kid's nap schedule, which was huge help. Sam came out and did an amazing job inspecting the roof and keeping me informed on what needed to be done. Sam had great communication throughout the process and made it a pleasant experience. I will definitely use this company for any future projects.

If you want a true unbiased review of them look no further and read on. They did my neighbors roof and walked over as a courtesy as they saw some deficiencies on my very steep roof. We had hail damage and 3 other roofing companies tried to negotiate with my insurance company and ark was the only one to get it done as they said they would. Nick Van came out and did a fantastic job. He was super thorough and patient in explaining everything I needed to know about my roof. I was really happy with the customer service and I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me anything. If you are in need of any sort of roofing services look no further than Ark, Nick will be my first call should I need anything in the future.
