Farmer Pete came out to fix a leak. He checked it out and found the source. He did a complete inspection and gave detailed info. But he never pressed to do more. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommed Arc Roofing.
Aimee was awesome to work and took photos to help address issues with the builder after closing on my new home. She was great with communication the entire time and met with me after to go through some items that need to be addressed immediately and other items that may be a maintenance issue in the future. Overall great experience, very professional, and would recommend to anyone with a roof repair, maintenance, or other housing needs.
Chase was amazing and very friendly.
I am very pleased with Ark Roofer. They helped me walk through the process of filling my insurance claim and even reached out to my insurance to get updates on my behalf. I worked with the owner Luke and he was very professional and educated me on the whole process. If I ever need more work done they will be the first place I call.
It was a great experience working with Ark. Aimee handled everything, responded quickly and made sure everything was done right. Highly recommend.
