After my old property management company sold their business, I needed a new manager. I then found Joan. She’s personable, knowledgeable and attends to any problems right away. I’m selling my house and moving out of Prince William County, but I highly recommend her to others!

She is terrific. She takes care of both, landlord as well as tenant. She is really good at getting rent relief for the tenants who are not able to pay the rent.
Joan at Ark Property Management has been taking great care of my condo since 2017. I live out of state, and she provides a peace of mind with everything from finding a tenant, maintenance appointments, providing accurate market data, and managing financials.
