I leased a parking spot, the staff were horrible. 1. Awful service.
These people are pathetic. To my knowledge, not too long ago, one lady working in the office (secretary) had a heart attack and died. Hmm i wonder why. Yes stress kills and apparently they can’t even get along among themselves. They’ll give you the typical run-around spiel AS IF they care to help, but they are so not with it, that it takes a long time to accomplish just about anything. If you are planning to rent from these people, highly consider the above.
Unfortunately you can't give negative points or this one would rate a -5 STARS. This is the WORST property management company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with relocating to NJ. Their management practices, and I use the word management loosely, are seriously lacking. The only person you can actually EVER speak to is the receptionist. There are no voicemails for anyone else at the establishment, only emails. AND good luck ever finding the property manager Perry in the office. Funny how he's always out at a prope... read more
