We highly recommend ARC Management. They have a great management team with excellent communication and professionalism. Tina from ARC Management is always in communication, extremely helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Whenever anything comes up, they handle it quickly and efficiently. We truly appreciate the strong communication, responsiveness, and the great working rapport they maintain.
Zero is the star that Ark Management CEO Geoffrey, President Michael/Kelly and Nadya get. It starts from the top and this company is okay with terrible management service provided by Nadya. Never responding to emails never, finding solutions, never fixing the problem. Her line at an HOA meeting about a homeowner problem is “Did you email me ? Send me an Email” Emails she never checks. As a HOA board member, I do not recommend using ARK Management. I was recently elected to my condo board with the sole goal of replacing ARK, and the residents are so unhappy with their service that we reached quorum for the first time in decades. We have terminated their contract and will transition to another company. Worst experience for the past 8 years. I will be working on how to get them removed and work with a different company. Worst worst worst!!! Emergency number is never helpful! They take forever to respond to questions. The only way to get them to answer is if you keep bothering them over and over to get an answer. They do not follow up or update you at all even if there isn’t anything happening we would like to know that it is being worked on.
