Worst experience for the past 8 years. I will be working on how to get them removed and work with a different company. Worst worst worst!!! Emergency number is never helpful! They take forever to respond to questions. The only way to get them to answer is if you keep bothering them over and over to get an answer. Why would any reasonable HOA or entity hire this disgraceful company? In my building case at Sao Miguel in San Diego few senile residents control the HOA hired ARK Management. Ark Management treats homeowners with utmost disrespect. Their continuous threatening letters are demeaning and insulting. Ark Management charges owners $25 for simply sending a late rent letter. They charge $150 just to set up a payment plan for delinquency. The owners are seniors with low income. This is ABUSE!
This ARK property management company has managed our condominiums for about 10 years (hopefully, it will get replaced soon) and demonstrated poor operational practices. Their processes lack transparency, and their choice of contractors appears questionable — often engaging low-quality providers at inflated costs.
