I had to find a doctor for my children after moving to Bossier City 2 years ago. After a couple of failed attempts I Googled pediatricians and found Ark-La-Tex Children's Clinic. Dr. Megan Gardner is an awesome doctor.
I recommend any parent to take their child to this clinic. They are very professional and all about the care and well being of your child. Dr. Megan Gardner is my children's doctor and she goes above and beyond for them. I have no issue with getting an appointment for my children and they are open to scheduling both my kids in the same appointment kind of kill to birds with one stone deal lol, it's fabulous they are open 7 days a week. Fantastic customer service. Sick child and his regular doctor was out yesterday. No problem got us in to see another pediatrician and got to see regular doc's PA for additional comfort. Arrived 10 minutes early and called back prior to scheduled appointment. In and out quickly got some steroids and a couple tests done 20 minutes tops. Great staff very friendly and no shots for a benefit to the little one.
We love Dr Sanders and Dr Gardner - always very thorough and listen to our concerns . Our children have been patients since their toddler years and are now teenagers ! Great service
We use Dr. Singh and absolutely love her and all of the nurses and staff. They are so friendly and understanding. If I ever have to leave a message with the nurse I never wait more than an hour before I hear back from them. The only downside is that when we go for a well visit, it is usually a pretty decent wait BUT if I call when my child is sick, we never wait long. I would MUCH rather wait with a well/happy kid than to sit with a sick/unhappy kid. Dr. Singh and her staff are amazing and we wouldn't want any other doctor!
I would recommend Ark-La-Tex Children's Clinic to any parent that is having trouble finding or being happy with a Pediatrician. I have been going to this clinic since my daughter was born in 1986 until she was 18 and now my granddaughter is a patient of Dr Sanders. Has been for 2 years and will be til she no longer will need a Pediatrician.
