Trace came to our house for an inspection. He was incredibly kind, professional, genuine and knowledgeable about all of the questions we had. Gave us his number and said to call him anytime for anything we need.
Efficient, work done as explained and cleaned up after! Having to do it at all is tough, but will last for years for the good of many to come!

So disappointed. Mark was so helpful when I called regarding water issues in our basement. Helped us take a closer look at possible spots of where it was coming in. A few days later Pat called and scheduled Trace to come out to provide in home estimate. Trace provided very valuable and honest input and indicated he would put an estimate together and get back to us in a week or so. Never heard from him again. Trace showed up to quote the job, he was a straight shooter no bs friendly guy. Very knowledgeable too. The price was more than fair, and the workmanship was great. They got a giant hole in our foundation patched up tight and it looks great. I highly recommend ark foundation, thank you!
