I’ve been a patient at Ark for almost two years and have had nothing but good experiences with them! One concern I had when I first joined was that because I travel a lot, I would be out of luck if something happened to me when I was out of town. I can’t say enough good things… Rebecca LeGrett at the Gilbert location is fantastic. She gets to know each of her patients in a very down to earth way. She is very understanding and makes you feel comfortable. Also very good with communication and follows up regularly herself. As for Ark overall I have had a very good experience with the whole setup. Never had any issues with billing and they are very accommodating with scheduling.
