I had recently shipped 5 ctns of my personal things home. The service is absolutely good . I shipped 2 ctns by air and 3 ctns by sea from SYD to Penang. It arrived very quickly than expected and all my things in good condition. I would highly recommend this company to those who need to ship things to Malaysia.

Very disappointed with the service provided to send stuff from Malaysia to Australia. Logistic fee was paid on 20 Aug, but parcel information was not lodged with malaysia custom until 14 sept. I can understand there are unforeseen circumstances if custom want to detain the item, but the item was not even sent in the first place from 20 aug to 13 sept. 7/12/2021 update: They have relocated again to 71 Milperra Road, Revesby. Their old office and warehouse on 7/113 Punchbowl Rd. is now closed as of 30/6/2021 and they relocated here since 1/7/2021. Unfortunately no signage/info on their old location and it's now only an empty office as I was told their notice was removed by the property owner. This new location, as of 2/7/2021, still have no business signage so just be aware of the green colored building as a guide.
