I had recently shipped 5 ctns of my personal things home. The service is absolutely good . I shipped 2 ctns by air and 3 ctns by sea from SYD to Penang. It arrived very quickly than expected and all my things in good condition. I would highly recommend this company to those who need to ship things to Malaysia.
Very disappointed with the service provided to send stuff from Malaysia to Australia. Logistic fee was paid on 20 Aug, but parcel information was not lodged with malaysia custom until 14 sept. I can understand there are unforeseen circumstances if custom want to detain the item, but the item was not even sent in the first place from 20 aug to 13 sept.
