Was very disappointed when their workers smelled of marijuana when in my home. When asked about a solution for my issue after 2 jobs, the owner didn't offer much of a solution. Our French drain was installed and the water outlet was draining in my front yard. The mud was 6-8 inches deep. I wonder how people that couldn't dig their own trench would have corrected this, oh yeah, they would have had to pay you the high cost you quoted. We're not really sure who lied to us, but someone in the company is dishonest. We got an estimate originally and we were considering ARK for the work. Then we get a phone call saying that the quote was "way too high" and to let them send someone else to get a more accurate (presumably lower) quote. Fine. The second guy (definitely seemed in charge of sales) comes and says he's never seen a quote that LOW before, and it's below the standard job price. Mike I don’t appreciate your constant threats. You are always so quick to try and sue people. It is my first amendment right to give you the ONE STAR rating you deserve. Only because there is not a ZERO star option. This is coming from your former Erie Gm. I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone ever.
We had ARK Basement Services in our home to install an interior French drain and replace our sump pump with relocation from original space for better drainage. Our positive experience with the company started with Jimmy assessing our situation and explaining what he could do to remediate the water coming in from the basement floor.
