Amazing team and great customer service
Great job! I couldn't believe how labor-intensive the work was. Workers arrived on time and were personable, kept me informed, and cleaned up everything. Two days I even had two workers up from the Pittsburgh office because they weren't busy. Despite the workers' many trips up and down my cellar steps carrying heavy buckets, there was no mess in the house. Since mine was a winter job, Jonnie came back in the spring to do the outside work. We had a fantastic experience with Ark Basement Services. We were dealing with a damp basement and getting mold. We called ArK to install a new French drain system and a sump pump. The team was professional, clean, and knowledgeable from start to finish. Since they completed the work, our sump pump has been going non stop! I had Ark waterproof my basement in 2022. The Sump pump piping out to the discharge pipe under the driveway, came apart from the severe cold. They came today put in new PVC connector.30 min repair
