Yesterday I took my hamster in for the first time. She unfortunately ended up passing away in the doctors hand, after the doctor tried her hardest to help her. She was so gentle with us, explained to us what she thought happened and didn't charge us for the appointment. I truly appreciated her genuine sympathy for us.
I have never been to ark. I went for the first time just to find out my pet was very sick. Unfortunately, we had to put her down. The staff was great at explaining the diagnosis of our cat. They did not make me feel rushed, they gave me privacy and most of all the support I needed. The empathy and compassion in this staff was impressive. When we are done mourning the loss of our cat and decide to add to our family we will definitely use this animal hospital. Thank you for all you have done. You have touched my heart. �

There are no words to describe the amazing group here.....the compassion and kindness in a time of complete sadness was so comforting. Dr. Smith made a house call today in this terrible storm to do bloodwork and drop off meds for my dog. I am so thankful for her dedication and persevernce in trying to determine what is wrong with Coco!

Want to actually write a review here versus just a number. the Souderton staff (Amanda, Dr. Hollenbach, etc!!) have been absolutely incredible to me and my family. We had to say goodbye to my old lady who was diagnosed with Lymphoma back in October last week. Through the ENTIRE journey, everyone was absolutely accommodating and incredible, right to the end. This already hard thing would have been so much harder without the compassion of everyone here.
