I was so worried about my Andi. She wasn’t feeling well, so we went to see Dr Smith. What a kind, compassionate vet! I wasn’t allowed to go in with this Covid stuff, but my dog loved her immediately. Andi just led the vet right on in. After getting her all fixed up, she took the time to explain everything completely. My new favorite vet. Andi and her sister Cassie now have a new vet!
they helped me through one of the hardest things I had to do. say goodbye to my molly. I brought her here 2 years ago because I wasn't satisfied with my vet. my mom recommended Dr Smith. my hearts broken but you gave me two more healthy year's with her. they are kind,caring and knowledgeable. thank you Dr Smith and amanda
Dr. Smith is by far the kindest most knowledgeable vet I have ever been to. She not only heard my concerns for our cat but also explained everything step by step and left me feeling so comfortable with her taking care of our dear Ralphie! She along with her staff really do care for the animals they treat. Our dear Ralphie actually didn’t mind seeing the kind souls at Ark. They fixed him up and he is happily recovering at home!
YES! Our first visit was fantastic! We were offered lots of advice for our so itchy kitten. We always went to HV but the vet at ARK spent so much time with us! The doc and staff were great! We found our new vet for our pets. Thanks so much for the wonderful welcome❤️
