I have been using Ark for some years now. I recently had to put my poor (senior) baby boy down and the care and love that they gave to my family was above and beyond. I am sure it was a normal business day for them but it was a devastating day in our life. Dr. I is so wonderful and the staff so caring I won't consider taking my pets anywhere else.

The best veterinarian office in the area, hands down. Always accommodating and professional.
The Ark family has always been great with my dogs. Goblin had surgery for some lumps that were just fatty tissue and a dental and cane through beautifully. Cupcake was sickly and not eating they provided great care for her. Both of these visits could have been costly but I was pleasantly surprised both times. I’m so happy we found Ark!

Nice and clean, huge waiting area, friendly staff.
Great friendly staff...They actually listen to you and if you request something to be done, they do it....They seem to know that you know your animal!!! They explain everything and give you estimate before anything is done, that way your not shocked or can ask to wait due to finances!!!

We were initially very impressed, but had several visits where we felt like the doctor was just "phoning it in." Assumed an acute soft tissue injury was arthritis and did a number on my dog's liver with the prescribed NSAIDs (even though we only gave her half of what was recommended), assumed a skin infection was just allergies... we felt that it was best to find a new vet.
