I have been taking my dogs here since 2014, however in recent years I have noticed a decline in the level of service I receive. This past week I took my three dogs in for their annual exams and vaccines. I also wanted a dental consult. It was at that time I discovered they no longer perform dental cleanings or surgeries onsite. When I inquired as to why, I was told that this location no longer has permanent doctors on staff and that part-time doctors rotate through the practice. My family has used the Ark for all our pets’ needs for over 13 years. While we miss the former doctors and staff and the current staff and management are new to us now, I found them very personable and accommodating. The tech support and doctors are knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Thank you for taking good care of our pets past and present.
I always get the appointment day/time I choose. Never have to wait. Friendly staff. Services or problem areas are explained in detail. I feel like they appreciate my business and treat my dog well.
