Just like the review that was posted before this one. Doctors are great as well as the staff. But their phone system is utter garbage, I leave multiple voicemails before being able to get an appointment which sometimes takes up to a week to get a call back and if you miss the call and try to call back. Goes right to the voicemail again. I will change my review as well, once they get an actual receptionist or someone that will answer the phone to provide assistance
The doctors are fantastic, the reception is a DISASTER. No ones ever picking up calls, their answering system is incredibly difficult to deal with, I always end up having to leave a message, the ext for your doctor changes constantly, the directory system on the phone is broken so you couldn’t find your doctors ext...just an absolute disaster. Besides that, the doctors are great the staff in person are always helpful and friendly, it’s just the calling system that is an absolute MESS. I keep having to ask them to fix it but ... read more
