I was referred to Nurse Practitioner Holly Jacobson by my therapist because I was just feeling too low and couldn't shake it. I found her kind and compassionate. She took her time and explained her reasoning behind her diagnosis and which medications she was recommending. I felt listened to and had all my questions answered. With her plan of care I did feel better quickly and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Reyes and Kelsey are extremely friendly, concerned with my care, and punctual. Appointments are easy to schedule and the office is easy to reach. Dr. Reyes is a great doctor.

Dr Reyes took over my care after I switched from another practitioner. He was instrumental in maintaining my level of care providing uninterrupted access to medication for my condition.

Holly Jacobson was the absolute worst to work with. Her persona is dry as if she absolutely hates her job. She’s very sarcastic and condescending. I ended up more hurt than helped after months of dealing with her. Holly gaslights when caught in a lie, lies about the notes she taking and what was communicated, wants yo shove drugs down your throat instead of listening and figuring out the root cause of issues, and denies access to the doctor even after nearly half a year of simply requesting to meet the doctor. I have been a patient of Dr. Reyes for over 17 years. He manages my needs, listens to me and is available when I need him. His office returns calls in a timely manner. They are friendly, professional and see to the needs of his patients. I love the telemedicine appointments.

Dr Arjun Reyes has been my go to doctor for many years now. He listens to me, asks the right questions and is a partner in my mental health . Imhabe never had a problem contacting him or his staff.

Writes a prescription that know one can read. Then doesn’t answer phone and the pharmacist also attempted to call but no luck. Found out this is how this doctor operates he’s not dependent.

There’s a good reason why Dr. Reyes has so many bad reviews, it’s because he’s a bad doctor who runs a bad office. From the very first time I called Dr Reyes office, it was hard to get ahold of them, and when the one time they did call me back they were very rude. I scheduled an appointment, but a few days before my appointment I came into contact with someone who had COVID, so I left multiple messages asking about how we should handle that and if we could switch to a telehealth appointment. Dr Reyes has always made sure that I am doing well. He has made me realize that my depression isn’t a short term thing but a chemical imbalance that needs to be treated as so . I have been with him so long that our appointments are pretty short because I am stable due to our past. It’s ok that they are short that’s ok. I feel that if I need More time it wouldn’t be a problem.
