I paid $1600 for 3 pairs of glasses almost 2 months ago. One pair they did in grey instead of brown lenses. I needed them for vacation which they said no problem at the time. Never did get them. I finally called and the new lenses were in. I dropped off my glasses to replace them. Called back 2 days later. The lenses they had were not good so they had to order more which may take another 2 or 3 weeks and no, I cannot use the glasses I had while I wait any longer. They took out the other lenses already. Arizona's Vision provided me with amazing care, service and education on my vision! Starting with the receptionist, the team was just awesome & super helpful! I felt so comfortable and everything was explained in detail which was the first time I had ever experienced that. Our family LOVES AZ Vision. Due to an insurance change we couldn't go last year. We are so happy to be back. They are friendly, thorough and professional! We especially love Dr. Yamamoto!!
