If could give a negative number it would minus 10! Poor service all across the board!! Been waiting for 3 months for service. Had get another contractor from my warranty company. Do not use this company ever!!!
The owner's nephew was thorough, courteous & professional.
Their phone number rings to a cell phone. They didn't return a phone call over an 8 hour period. Only reason I ever heard of them or got involved with them is because they were referred by a home warranty company, so I was forced to try and do business with them. The owner texted me to call another company because he "was on the phone". Definitely seems like an amateur operation here. Rather than return my phone call, he tried referring me to another company. I wouldn't pay for their services.
Reggie takes great care of us! Quick response. Very good at diagnosing any problems! And gets things fixed quickly! He has worked on my homes and my offices! Great job, Reggie!
