Below is a message I sent to Dr. Neff. I was never able to actually speak to Dr. Neff. Instead, I received a call from Nat who covers "damage control". They are very good at trying to convince you that "it just takes time" and that you have to continue treatments at their facility and at home. After 3 months treatment with no relief and in fact feeling worse, this was a definite indicator they are just in it to make excessive amounts of money! I am very satisfied with the staff and treatment and feel improved good feeling in my legs and feet, less pain.
The staff is very friendly, personable, and go above and beyond for everyone. Dr McKinney is really thorough and makes me feel comfortable during treatment. John does a great job helping me through my stretches and adjusts my movements depending on how my body is feeling. I love the decompression table and leave my appointment feeling so much better.
