This company never was hired to do anything to my home, never did any services to my home. Yet we get a **** addressed to "New Home Owner" that says past due for services rendered.

What you recieved was a reminder in the event you want to keep the termite warranty on the ***********. Not an honest company to do business with. I had signs of possible roof rats in my yard. The Tech gave me a written proposal for $450 to install 6 bait stations on the exterior, screen vents on roof top, and remove rat droppings from jacuzzi motor. After the tech did the work and left, I counted only 5 bait stations. I called the office to bring my concerns to their attention but was told, "obviously they must have placed a trap in the jacuzzi area" and would have a tech come and take a look. I spoke to the technician who did the original rodent service and he told me it was decided to set two traps under the jacuzzi in place of one the the bait stations. Wow shadie and cheap.! I had three companies come out at the end of 2018 because of a rat issue in my roof. The gentleman that came out from this company was nice and give a fair price. I paid for rodent traps- 4 in my ceiling and also 2 for the outdoor one in the front and backyard. Additionally, being a good salesman he convinced me to pay for quarterly pest control spray. I was fine with that. I paid $600 and everything seems status quo. He gave me traps to put in my ceiling which saved me money for him not to have to go ... read more

********, I apologize for your experience. Unfortunately our rodent stations have our company logo on them so we cannot leave them with the customer. I would be more then happy to refund you so you can purchase your own stations. . As far as your quarterly service goes, our service renews itself on a month to month basis after the initial service expires without a notice from the customer to cancel. I will touch base with you tomorrow to refund your quarterly service and for you to replace our stations. Thank you

Nora did an excellent job today - going above & beyond the normal scheduled Service call. Due to a late arrival, only caused by a highway wreck, & since I had a previous appointment I had to get to, Nora offered to come back later in the day to finish the job to AZ Bests excellent standards. Nora did, & her work ethic is to be applauded! Deb L.

Scott does the best job! Haven’t seen one bug in or outside since he took over my route. With last technician had a cricket or two and a scorpion a few times also. Never give reviews but felt the need to for Scott

I hired AZ Best to do service on a home I was selling in 2017. I provided my credit card at the time, received a receipt and that was that, or so I thought. Come 2019 I receive a call with someone there claiming I never paid. How poorly is your company run that you solicit funds 2 years after service. They're claiming the card was declined, that's what happens when you wait 2 years top do your paperwork. Please avoid this company as they are inexcusably bad and may call you in two years to collect. I hope this review saves y... read more

We are sorry to see this review. Your credit card was declined and you were called multiple times to make you aware of it. Unfortunately after repeated attempts to contact you to resolve this payment issue, your account was turned over to an outside collection agency which is always the last thing we like to do. Feel free to contact us right away and we will be happy to collect the payment that is due.
