After getting multiple quotes and comparing different products, I decided on The Window & Door Store. We worked with Daniel on the consultation and order, who was so communicative throughout the whole process. Drake handled the installation and did a great job and was professional and personable. We are very happy with the end result and the product. The difference in the atmosphere inside the home was noticeable. We still have a few more door replacements to do, and I look forward to working with them again.

Two months ago, I got an estimate and moved forward with a new front door. Received no updates, had to call them. Two months. Meanwhile, I decided to finance this project through their provided third party. They offered no payment required for one-year. What they don't tell you is that while they're lagging on updating your project, the financing is accruing interest. Lacking communication and transparency. Not happy Beware.
Excellent service and craftsmanship
Steve made the entire process easy from start to finish. He is super responsive and even helped with install issues (even though I’m sure he didn’t need to!). I have already recommended them to a friend who used them and had the same amazing experience. I would use them for every project I have!
