Our door after 1 year had the lock malfunction, on Friday morning of 4th of July weekend. And I had a response that day, technician was at my house same day, before long weekend. Identified short term fix for weekend and ordered new part to get fix next week. Amazing customer service at the start of a long holiday weekend...JOE is AMAZING!!
