crew. Courtesy and professionalism from first moment. You can tell they know their stuff just from hearing them discuss your issues. Treat you like family - not the one you dread to see on Thanksgiving, but the fun ones you like to drink a beer with. I am on a 6,500 cross country ride starting in Orlando and ending back on O-Town. They were able to get me back on the road while I ate breakfast.

I hated my experience with Arizona Victory, I was sold a Victory Vegas which was a great bike, but the problem was the bike had a lien on it and they knew it and did not tell me, I kept asking them for the title and they kept telling me it was in the mail, I purchased the bike in May of 2013, every month they told me they had taken care of it, I found out in October that the bike had a lien,I brought it to there attention and they apologizied said it was the salesmans fault, but why would they always say they mailed it to me... read more
