The doctor was very clear in explaining what kind of treatment & procedures to be done. Very professional.
The Receptionist was so nice and welcoming. The technician who do my sonogram was checking everything and also asking me if I was comfortable the whole time. The PA was very professional and concerned about my issues. I was surprised about how great the office was because the call center that took my initial call was not that friendly...but the office was awesome!

I have put off dealing with varicose veins until the pain was such they couldn't be ignored. All appointments were on time. Each person I worked with was professional and knowledgeable. Some of the stand outs: Nicki the nurse, Linda, David and Dr Eckhauser.
Doctors and staff were professional and explained my procedures thoroughly. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. I liked that the mapping and procedure was scheduled in one day so that I didn't need to come back for multiple appointments. There was some delay between the appointment when the doctor said the vein surgery could be scheduled and the actual scheduling of the surgery. I have another visit scheduled and if it goes like the first it was great. My appointment was on time which to me is great. I felt like my time was also valuable. Treated with respect. The office staff is very friendly.
Pre op and post op were quick and able to have Dr. Echauser do what he had to do. I felt sure the doctor knew what he was doing for my veins.
