This review is in regards to our visit on Thursday, March 5th . The purpose was a scheduled follow-up with Dr Pandey at 10 AM. To start we waited about 2 1/2 hrs to see the Dr and several patients who arrived after us were seen before us, I suppose that was due to a busy schedule. When we finally were taken to a "meeting room" we again waited or a while before Dr Pandey arrived. He came into the room, stood near the door and didn't give us any report on how I did or what the Glow rating was. no explanation or comments on my ... read more
Dr and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Only 4 stars because they definitely need to improve there answering of the phone. Next to impossible to get a call answered and can't even leave a message because message box is full
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Larsen and team at Arizona Urology. From the initial consultation through follow-up, he was professional, thorough, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to clearly explain my diagnosis and treatment options, answered all of my questions without rushing. The office staff was equally friendly, organized, and respectful of my time. Appointments were efficient, and communication was clear throughout the process.
