It's not really good place to work, this place is no fun I mean some most of staff aren't friendly they seem neglect client's needs, mocking them when clients having meltdown, I speak personal experience I'm once a client there. Staff and ppl there are rude, mean, ungrateful and seem to be yelled at them. What a wonderful organization! Members are ALWAYS the priority here. Employees are hard working, caring, dedicated. Many wonderful opportunities for growth for both members receiving services and employees. I LOVE AZTEC!
The pay is average but they have so many work schedules. great 2nd job opportunity with so much overtime and weekend work too for higher pay!! they always hire from within too for their office jobs that open up
I hate Arizona Training Evaluation Center. they won't let you go to outings or only outings to go to mall just to get job applications. I can't have phone on us only in staff desks, we can't go to vending machine unless we had soda and snacks. Staff isn't very nice and I have seen abuse from staff and drivers. one of drivers not so good they were busy texting and driving. I heard it's not good company my friend goes there she hates it because I heard staff mistreated individuals with disabilities neglect and all stuff, I also heard they can't have cellphone on them has to put them in staff's desks, cannot go to outings except a mall to get damn job application and cannot buy anything there, I also heard they done like school work and stuff when no contract work cannot have energy drinks or gone to soda machine or snack machine unless you have one.
