Started here after reading the great reviews — rented two units, one climate controlled. Mid-move (organizing everything from an eviction), the manager Colleen grabbed a rack I was moving and told me I couldn't have 'walls' or be on my phone in my own unit. Weeks later, got an email saying I stayed too long overnight and was threatened with losing 24-hour access — despite the facility advertising 24/7/365 gate access in writing, on their site and in their own emails. I have rented storage units roughly about 7 or 8 times now and have helped several friends move in and out of many other facilities over the years, so I have a lot to compare this one to — and I can honestly say this is the safest, best-run storage facility I have ever used. The property is quiet and secure. You never have to worry about people loitering or hanging around who don't belong there, which is not something I can say about every facility I've dealt with in the past.
