Nursing is HARD, I get it! When someone has anxiety as badly as I do, compassion from nurses can go a long way! One nurse in particular recognized my fears and showed amazing compassion during my procedure. I'm sure I was not an easy patient but I very much appreciated her patience and kindness in trying to calm me down and distract me from the pain and not trying to minimize what I was feeling. My experience here was fantastic. Care was well-coordinated, friendly and efficient. I was kept informed of what was going on and every attempt was made to keep me as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Mezona Ortho in general, and Dr. William Paterson, specifically. I have visited 3 of their locations and have always gotten excellent service.
2nd visit, nice to see all the same faces. Always like to stay for lunch on check out Day. Simply the best.
First class facility! Staff is fantastic - kind, know their stuff, attentive & patient. Food service is remarkable. Surgery sucks but they certainly took great care of me - thank you Dr. Feng & all the staff!

I has back surgery last month with Dr Song and I can not say enough about how wonderful everything and everyone was. From paperwork to surgery to billing the best experience I could of had. The staff is so nice and informative, they really made me feel at easy. I Thank you all for being FANTASTIC !
Our 15 yr old daughter was having surgery and from start to finish it was one of the best hospital experiences!! They were so patient with all our questions. From the front desk to the recovery room!!
