Totally amazing from start to finish. Prompt response, prompt service and excellent work. Heather was extremely helpful from the very beginning, explained what would be done and exactly what it would cost (no hidden fees) and that Jason would arrive the next day to do the work. I talked to Heather on the phone to set appt and she explained what Dave would do to repair my door and how much it would probably cost. Very thorough job by Heather. Dave showed up and fixed the door in 20 minutes and it has never worked so easily. Dave is very professional but also very cheerful. Great job by both. If you don't use them you are missing out on supporting a family business that is incredibly well run with outstanding effort and results.
Even over the Labor Day Holiday 2017, Heather was kind enough to set up an appointment. Jason came down that week to Tucson and got us ‘rolling’ in minimal time (and less $ than what was expected). Watching over Jason do the work, I was thinking to myself, ‘I could’ve done this’!. But I’m glad I didn’t have to because your knowledge, parts on hand, and service saved me a day of frustration. Dave came out this morning and in less than an hour my sliding door was working like a dream! So happy I found this company. I struggled for over 6 months with my sliding door. It hopped when rolled and then it would not stay closed, it just kept popping back unless latched from the inside. Wish I had found this company sooner. Highly recommend them! I am a very pleased customer!!!
Jason came to our home today to replace the rollers on my rear patio door. He was on time, and very friendly. He took my door off and showed me what the problems were. He explained in detail the repair that was needed. He also pointed out to me some slight wear on the bottom rail. He did not try to sell me a new one but just gave me his honest opinion on what to expect years from now. We are pleased that now we can use 1 finger to open & close our rear sliding door. I just wish I would of done this years ago.
This company is great! I highly recommend them. Came in, got the job done, and were so clean and friendly. Family run and prompt.
