Called the front desk, called ****, called **** few times after they installed (6 months and a year after the installation) and even provide them with videos on how the pavilion they built is leaking and they told me they will come and fix but never came after 2 years.

I would have given 0 stars but that was not an option. I had a patio cover installed in 2023 and then ordered a shade for the front, paying the deposit in October. In December, I was told the shade had shipped from the manufacturer but would arrive too late to be installed by Christmas. Arizona Master Shades promised to install a shade in October of last year after we paid for half of the shade. We call the company repeatedly to find out what is happening but no one cares to call us back, including the owner who said he would call. Very disappointing to say the least! We cannot recommend this company to anyone we know as we have not been treated fairly or professionally. We would not want others to experience this frustration!

The entire process from design, permitting and construction was smooth and carefree. I couldn't be more displeased and disappointed. I contracted this company to install a Pergola in my yard. The top was to be 2" poles, spaced 1" apart for maximum shade over my patio table. Instead, when they finally installed, the poles were 3", spaced 3" apart because they didn't have enough. I have contacted them to correct the issue but to date no avail. Buyer beware with this company. They will tell you one thing and then do whatever they want. They are at least an unethical company. We contracted them to put up a lattice style patio cover thinking since they were the highest bid for our job, that we would get the best quality materials and workmanship. they took care of contacting our HOA and taking out a building permit for this job (the good). This is a negative review of Arizona Shade Masters, LLC. On April 9, 2020, I met with Russ P*****, owner of Arizona Shade Masters, on my property. Russ estimated the expense for a home improvement project of a concrete sidewalk and pergola(patio cover). He drew the estimate and rough draft of the improvements on a non-contractual grid/graph paper that distinctly showed pricing of $3000 for concrete/slab and $6100 for pergola.
