Easily the worst eye doctor office we have ever been to. They will make you sit for more than 3 hours with no staff to let you know what is going on. The ophthalmologist probably had more patients than she could handle and the whole appointment felt rushed and non satisfactory. Above all, the front desk people there should not be the first people we see!! They are rude, ignorant and snob. Will not recommend this place to anyone who has any eye troubles. This place WAY overbooks!!! Be prepared to wait a VERY long time!! We arrived 10 minutes early (this was a follow up after an injection for macular degeneration, so it was our second visit here) and the whole place was full (huge waiting area). We waited about an hour before finally being called back. Eyes were dilated and we were sent back to the waiting room. Keep in mind that if you go here that you may be dealing with a LONG wait time. Everything else has been on the up and up. Staff is friendly and the doctor that we have dealt with is nice and thorough.
Excellent, organized patient intake. Dr is thorough during the exam. But…… I felt rushed when I needed clarity of my condition. Dr is nice, not abrupt. I just felt rushed.
This practice is wee organized and has a friendly, compassate staff. I especially like Dr. Prasad. She explains things thoroughly and has a kind, supportive manner.
