Not very Happy now in Arizona
I had a very disappointing experience with this eye doctor. Every appointment felt rushed, and I never felt like my concerns or questions were fully addressed. The doctor did not take the time to explain my diagnosis, treatment options, or answer my questions clearly. On top of that, the wait times are extremely long, and it often takes hours to be seen, even with a scheduled appointment. The overall experience felt unprofessional and frustrating. Dr. Prassad is fantastic. Coming from another practice where wait times could approach 4 hours, I've been nothing short of completely satisfied with the whole staff here.
Easily the worst eye doctor office we have ever been to. They will make you sit for more than 3 hours with no staff to let you know what is going on. The ophthalmologist probably had more patients than she could handle and the whole appointment felt rushed and non satisfactory. Above all, the front desk people there should not be the first people we see!! They are rude, ignorant and snob. Will not recommend this place to anyone who has any eye troubles. This place WAY overbooks!!! Be prepared to wait a VERY long time!! We arrived 10 minutes early (this was a follow up after an injection for macular degeneration, so it was our second visit here) and the whole place was full (huge waiting area). We waited about an hour before finally being called back. Eyes were dilated and we were sent back to the waiting room.
