Any company that would hire David Myer as a property manager has to have questionable morals. David has been labeled by the City of Phoenix as a slumlord. He receives violations for two of his properties every month. He dangles a carrot of over the head of people who need help, uses them up. When they realize David is full of empty promises, Dave tosses them to the curb. Please do not use Arizona Property managment. There are many honest companies out there.
