I rarely post feedbacks, but Chris from AZ Pristine Roofing totally deserves a shout out. We called Pristine as we discovered our patio roof leaks, and we needed a quick fix. Chris offered us several options...two permanent and one temporary. We chose the temporary fix, which will last until this fall when we will be in a better position to have Pristine's crew replace the house and patio roofs. Thanks to Octtavio and crew from Arizona Pristine Roofing turned a potential nightmare into a very good experience! I knew I was going to need a new roof soon. JJ arrived well within the window given to me. He was very thorough. He took pictures on both the roofs and then let me view the pictures. He explained to me the wear and tear and damage on the roof. During our entire encounter he was patient, respectful, courteous and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend to others.
